Shelby had been an esthetician for over a decade and was deeply skilled at what she does. She also had 5 consistent clients, was pulling from personal savings to cover her studio rent, and was running monthly discounts to keep her calendar from sitting empty.









My Approach
This wasn't a talent problem. It was a signal problem — nothing on the outside reflected what made her exceptional on the inside. Before a single photo was taken, we did the strategic work: defining her brand identity, naming her differentiators, and getting specific about exactly who she was built to serve. Then we built the visual proof.
